1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using pakrunmy ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at pakrunmy.net, you ("the User," "you," or "Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and pakrunmy. They apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting, cricket betting, PSL wagering, and any promotional campaigns or tournaments hosted by pakrunmy.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use pakrunmy, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is strictly forbidden, and pakrunmy employs age-verification measures at registration and during account reviews.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pakrunmy or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and update it promptly if anything changes.

pakrunmy reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued ID — to verify your age and identity at any stage of your membership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on pakrunmy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, email, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pakrunmy support immediately at [email protected].

pakrunmy will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

All personal information provided at registration — including your full name, date of birth, address in Pakistan (whether Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or elsewhere), and payment details — must be accurate and genuine. pakrunmy reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend or close accounts where discrepancies are found.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pakrunmy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank (bank transfers)
• Raast instant payments
• USDT (Tether — TRC-20 and ERC-20)

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits made to pakrunmy must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your pakrunmy account within minutes. Crypto deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times. pakrunmy is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Processing times are typically between 24 and 72 business hours, depending on the payment method and applicable review procedures.

pakrunmy reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if an account is under investigation for potential fraud, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

While pakrunmy supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for local payment methods, crypto transactions are conducted in the respective cryptocurrency. Where applicable, exchange rates used are sourced from reputable market data providers and are applied at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pakrunmy offers various bonus promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on slot games, and special promotions tied to PSL cricket betting seasons.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• pakrunmy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If pakrunmy determines that a player has attempted to abuse or exploit any promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or artificial wagering patterns — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided and the account suspended.
• No deposit bonuses, where offered, are limited to one per household, device, and IP address.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on pakrunmy — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, Fortune Gems, slot games, cricket matches, or other sports events — are final once confirmed. pakrunmy will not reverse bets that have been accepted and acknowledged by the system except in clearly defined circumstances such as:

• A demonstrable technical error that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed
• An event being cancelled or declared void by the relevant sporting authority
• A verified system malfunction that directly affected the outcome of a game round

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet outcome, pakrunmy's records shall be considered the authoritative source. Our support team is available to review and address any complaint filed within 30 days of the disputed event.

6.1 Cricket & PSL Betting

Cricket betting markets, including PSL, Test matches, and international T20 events, are governed by the specific rules published on the relevant market page. Match abandonment, DLS method application, and similar scenarios are handled per industry-standard betting rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pakrunmy and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, or automated scripts
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of corrupt sporting conduct
• Sharing or selling account access to any third party
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live games, or sports betting
• Charging back or reversing deposits via your payment provider in bad faith

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pakrunmy Platform — including but not limited to the pakrunmy brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, software code, written content, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pakrunmy or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pakrunmy.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

pakrunmy is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, and use of your information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

Your data may be used for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving your experience on pakrunmy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakrunmy and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or gambling winnings arising from the use of the Platform
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to adequately secure their account credentials
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pakrunmy.

11. Termination & Suspension

pakrunmy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

• A player is found to be in breach of any of these Terms & Conditions
• An account is flagged for suspicious activity, fraud, or irregular betting patterns
• A player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme
• pakrunmy is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no policy violation has occurred, any verified remaining balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Changes to These Terms

pakrunmy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-site notice. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of pakrunmy after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any update, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
